Accounts Payable Workflow System is a multi user web based application created using Active Server Pages. Designed and developed for Document Management Service Bureau, this solution provides a seamless flow of tasks right from data entry invoices to the invoice approval and entry of invoices data in the database.

This Workflow system is hosted on a Windows 2000 server, with IIS 5.0 as web server. Created on ASP, with Crystal Reports 8.0 as reporting tool, the system runs on a solid MS SQL 2000 server database. The reporting tool generates tailor made reports even to a transaction level. Clients and Vendors can log in to secure website to get real time information on Accounts Payable Process. Some of the key features:

Designed and developed for a Drug sample distribution company, Sample Distribution System (SDS) provides the ability to import scanned data from the sample distribution forms. This Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA) compliant application helps pharmaceutical companies to manage and implement business rules for medical sample distribution to practitioners.

The data is validated for customized business rules set for different clients. Error free documents are exported in a customized format to be used by the MIS systems of the respective clients, and documents with errors are sent back to the medical representative for corrections. The system also links the corrected document with original one.
