Driving requirement gathering, analysis and specification for software development projects and providing customer support and supporting the development across multiple phases; Working with internal cross-functional staff to produce technical design specifications; Developing proposed functional requirements specification and statement of work / vision documentation; Managing and coordinating software development for functional and technical compliance and delivery schedules; Reviewing use cases, test plans, test cases, and test scripts against approved requirements and documentation to ensure full requirements-testing traceability; Analyzing and, if required, revising existing system logic inconsistencies and documentation as necessary and performing change management procedures; Undertaking program design activities including definition of data and error message arrangements; Performing database architecture design and development; Acting as System Coordinator for existing large-scale systems and providing responsibility for adherence to current applicable documentation requirements; Performing security investigations, performing ongoing program risk assessments, and providing most effective performance management recommendations; Leading Onsite Offshore model by coordinating efforts between teams in different locations |

The position requires four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in the related occupation of Developer, Programmer, Analyst, Software Engineer, or related occupation. Must have two years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal Reports, Implementation and Customization of Everest ERP Application, and Visual Basic 6.0. |
